DELIVERY, RETURN AND WARRANTY PROCEDURE

BUYER's requests are processed to prepare for delivery at the end of the order. Orders will be shipped within 5 (iks) business days after payment is completed. The status of your cargo can be monitored with the cargo tracking number that will be given to you as a result of your order.
In extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, epidemics, riots, civil unrest, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire, and in cases arising from the buyer (not being at the address, not having an authorized person to receive the delivery, the buyer not being at the address). delivery time and conditions may vary in cases such as transportation, etc.
If the BUYER is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery of the products and the people at the address do not accept the delivery, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation.
